Also known as Nacre, mother of pearl is a composite material produced by some molluscs as an inner shell layer. It is also the material that pearls are made of.

The iridescent shell material is strong and resilient and creates stunning natural jewellery. This Pendant is inspired by the ocean and made with 925 sterling silver.

All of our pendants come with a complimentary 18" sterling silver rope chain.  Upgrades to other chain options available, including 30" chains and snake chains.

I couldn't be more pleased with this lovely pendant. I wasn't sure of the size, so debated for a while whether it would be 'chunky' enough for the look I was after. Glad I took the plunge and treated myself - it is a really sizeable piece of jewellery with a good weight to it. Unless I totally missed it (very possible!) I don't think the measurements are given on the website and it would certainly be a good idea to do so, it would be a great help when choosing which chain length to opt for. As it was I chose the longest chain and the two look beautiful together. Absolutely delighted.
