Minton Cufflinks

Our stunning Minton Willow Pattern cufflinks celebrate historic British ceramic design. Surrounded in sterling silver, the damaged Willow Pattern plate has been diverted from its destiny in the bin, and upcycled to create a thing of beauty. The legend of the Willow pattern illustrates the forbidden love between a Chinese Mandarin's daughter and his secretary, and their quest to escape together. The story ends in tragedy as they both die, and touched by their love, the gods immortalise them as doves in the sky.
