Minton Pottery Jewellery

We acquired broken pieces of Minton Willow plates and have used them to upcycle into unique pieces of sterling silver jewellery. Pottery is a traditional gift for the 9th wedding anniversary, as well willow, so jewellery from our Minton Pottery Collection would make a unique gift.  The legend of the Willow pattern, used to make much of our Minton jewellery, illustrates the forbidden love between a Chinese Mandarin's daughter and his secretary, and their quest to escape together. The story ends in tragedy as they both die, the Gods then, touched by their love, immortalise them as Doves in the sky.
