Our Swedish Muonionalusta Meteorite collection has always been a firm favourite and includes rings designed to fit both men and women. Our special Meteorite rings are made from genuine fragments of 4.5billion year old Muonionalusta and are set in sterling silver.  They often given as alternative wedding or engagement rings .

Some common questions we get about Muonionalusta Meteorite

• Meteorite is predominately iron - how do you prevent rusting? Iron is highly susceptible to oxidisation (rust), to ensure it's longevity we have applied a specialized 3-micron white gold coating. This creates a protective barrier.  
• How do we look after something so old? All our jewellery comes with a care sheet.  Our top advice is NOT to get the meteorite wet and avoid applying perfumes and lotions once you are wearing the jewellery. 
  
• What's included with the purchase?  A certificate of provenance, a gift card with Meteorite information on, a care sheet and a silver polishing cloth

Shipping & Delivery

We pride ourselves on fast delivery.  Sending all orders out the next business day following the order being placed.  We currently use Royal Mails 48hr tracked service.  Express delivery is available in the UK. 

The meteorite is 18mm x 4mm and is set in a solid sterling silver ring. The men's ring has a double bezel and is slightly raised off the ring band whereas the meteorite in the ladies ring sits flush to the band itself.

Ladies ring size is adjustable from N to O (UK Sizing) 6-7 US Sizing
Men's ring size is adjustable from U to V (UK Sizing) 10-11 US Sizing

In both cases the ring band is slightly adjustable to fit a couple of finger widths.

The rare Swedish Muonionalusta meteorite creates beautiful and unique jewellery.

The meteorite fell to earth between 120,000 and 800,000 years ago, and lay undiscovered for millennia until it was found by two boys in Sweden in 1906.

The meteorite itself is estimated to be at least 2 billion years old - so you really would be wearing something from outer space.

All our meteorite products have a 3-micron coating of white gold to prevent any chance of oxidisation, and are set in 925 Sterling Silver.
