Upcycled Nautical Jewellery and Cufflinks

Set in Sterling Silver and presented in a gift box, these stunning HMS Victory and Cutty Sark pieces are made from authentic Oak and Copper reclaimed during restoration projects of these iconic British Naval Ships. HMS Victory was launched in 1765, and was instrumental in the American War of Independence, the French Revolutionary War and the Napoleonic War. She was most famous for her role as Lord Nelson's flagship at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805, the most historic and victorious day in British Naval history which also saw Nelson lose his life. The ship was badly damaged in the battle and needed extensive repairs. The ship underwent extensive refurbishment and repair in the 1980s, during which oak flooring on the deck and copper removed from the hull of the ship during repairs were salvaged and auctioned off.
