Description
Six pointed ovals of genuine Baltic amber, each set in sterling silver and linked into an 18cm bracelet. At 20mm long, every stone has real presence on the wrist, yet the whole piece stays light enough for all-day wear. Amber is one of the lightest natural materials used in jewellery.
The stone
- What it is: Not a crystal or mineral at all, but fossilised resin from conifer forests that covered northern Europe millions of years ago.
- How old: Baltic amber formed roughly 40–45 million years ago, in the Eocene epoch.
- Colour: Warm honey-to-cognac tones. As a natural material, each stone varies slightly in shade and clarity, so no two bracelets are identical.
