A unique pair of limited edition Concorde aircraft earrings made from a piece of Hiduminium sheet metal and set in sterling silver. Hiduminium metal was designed to withstand extreme flying conditions, speeds of 1,350mph and the ability to cruise on the edge of space at an altitude of 11 miles.

Hiduminium sheet metal was produced exclusively for British Airways Concorde.

The metal was designed to withstand extreme flying conditions, speeds of 1,350mph and the ability to cruise on the edge of space at an altitude of 11 miles.

A total of 20 Concorde aircrafts were built in France and the United Kingdom, six of which were prototypes and development aircraft, and seven each were delivered to Air France and British Airways.

While commercial jets took eight hours to fly from New York to Paris, the average Concorde supersonic flight time on the transatlantic routes was just under 3.5 hours.
