Trilobites were remarkably intricate and beautiful creatures, making their fossilised remains highly prized. These hard-shelled, segmented animals lived over 520 million years ago in Earth's ancient seas and were already extinct by the time dinosaurs emerged.

Our silver work features a selection of unique trilobites from Utah, USA. These specimens hail from the Cambrian Period, which spanned from 538 million to 485 million years ago.

Alongside dinosaur fossils, trilobites have a devoted and enthusiastic following among scientists and fossil collectors. They were related to modern spiders, insects, and crabs.

• Avoid contact with perfume, skin creams, hairspray and chlorine.
