This exquisite 55mm long amethyst pendant features a cluster of individually set amethyst stones running down a wound sterling silver spiral stem, finishing in a single teardrop-cut amethyst at the base.

• The cluster design lets you see the natural variation between individual amethyst stones side by side,  subtle shifts in depth of purple that come down to differences in iron content and irradiation exposure even within the same source deposit.
• Amethyst forms in geode cavities inside volcanic rock, sometimes growing as clusters of pointed crystals rather than a single solid mass, which is the geological inspiration behind this design.
