Preseli Bluestones were used to build parts of Stonehenge 5,000 years ago and are only found in the Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire, Wales in the UK.

It is a hard, dense igneous rock that formed around 450 million years ago during the Ordovician period.

It is used in meditation and energy work to improve intuition, calm feelings, and feel more connected to nature.
